Account Settings

Introduction: Keep your account up to date and secure by managing your personal information and preferences in the Account Settings.

Steps to Update Account Settings:

  1. Access Account Settings:
    • Log in to LeadIS, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner, and select “Account Settings.”
  2. Edit Personal Information:
    • Update fields such as:
      • Full Name
      • Email Address
      • Phone Number
  3. Change Your Password:
    • Go to the “Security” section, enter your current password, and create a new one.
  4. Set Preferences:
    • Adjust notification settings to control how and when you receive updates.
  5. Save Changes:
    • Click “Save” to confirm your updates.

Tips:

  • Use a strong, unique password for added security.
  • Review your contact information periodically to ensure accuracy.
