Step 2: Integration Social will Register for A2P 10DLC (If in the U.S.)
If your business operates in the U.S., you’ll need to register your brand and campaign under the A2P 10DLC guidelines. This ensures compliance with carrier requirements for business messaging.
- Provide details about your business and messaging use case.
- Wait for approval before sending SMS at scale.
- The process could take up to 3 weeks, but usually only takes a few days to have the major phone carriers approve the SMS campaign.
Step 3: Integrate with LeadIS
- Use the API credentials from your SMS provider to connect the number to Integration Social:
- Add the API Key, SID, or other required credentials in the LeadIS dashboard.
- Test the connection to ensure seamless integration.
Step 4: Test the Number
- Send test messages to ensure the number is properly configured for sending and receiving SMS.
- Verify message formatting, sender ID, and delivery rates.
Step 5: Start Using the Number
- Once the setup is complete, you can start using the number within Integration Social for SMS campaigns, lead communications, and automated workflows.
